Boisterous hues, energetic prints and voluminous silhouettes signal the entrance into the next season. FABRICS are drapey, fluid & liquid; enveloping the frame—think linen, lace, chiffon, cotton, knits & macramé. The LAYERING trend is heightened by way of great textural mixes in fabrics. Colours are evocative of sunrises & sunsets. The ESSENTIAL style trends this season include pastels, nudes, and grays, ruffled, sheer & sparkling embellishments. Luckily we have all felt a gravitational pull toward sports attire due to the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
