MAGIQUE MODELING CONTEST
BE THE FACE OF MAGIQUE FOR FALL/WINTER 2010~2011
If you have always wanted to experience the flash & lights and glitz & glam of high fashion modeling here is your opportunity to make it a reality….
For the first time ever the designer clothing boutique Magique is seeking a fresh face to revolutionize the look for the upcoming 2010~2011 Fall/ Winter ad campaign.
You make it happen! By promoting yourself and directing voters to our website to vote for you. The winner will be chosen based on the highest number of votes generated on our website. Any female can register between the ages of 17-30 for entry and anyone can vote.
The winner will receive:
~An exclusive modeling contract to represent our collections in all printed and online advertising campaigns
~Perform as the main model in our next Fashion show scheduled for 10.2.2010
~Receive a 40% discount throughout the season (08.01.2010 through to 12.31.2010) towards all lines carried in store
~Receive a 20% discount throughout the season (08.01.2010 through to 12.31.2010) towards all lines carried in store for 2 guests chosen by the winner
~Two brand name Jeans of your choice at the store (select from True Religion, Rock & Republic, CJ Cookie Johnson, 7 for all Mankind)

I am voluntarily entering a model contest where the judges decisions are final. I am over 19 years of age,. The undersigned
authorizes the use of their submitted photos to be used by Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique)., for use of these photos in their magazine or newspaper ads, on their website, in any print ads, or anywhere else they see fit.. I authorize Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique) to alter these photos if necessary as they see fit. I understand that any photos taken of me by Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique) may or may not be used in print. I have sent non-copywritten photos or I have included a photographer release form provided by the photographer who took these photos. I understand that if I am chosen as a winner that I am responsible to provide my own transportation and lodging costs to the photo shoot. I release Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique) from any liabilities or wrongdoing pertaining to the use of these photos. If I am a winner, I release Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique) from any liabilities or wrongdoings that may occur at the photo shoot or any other means such as transportation. I understand that the judges decisions are final and that Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique) is holding this contest to provide an opportunity to an adult that may have always wondered what it is like to be a model. Models are expected to view this as an addition to their resume and are expected to be on time when the date is designated. If the winner chooses cannot attend the photo shoot on the scheduled date (determined by Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique).), or misses a photo shoot, the runner-up will be given the place of the winner and the winner forfeits any claim to the title or eligibility of this contest. In case of a tie, more than one winner may be chosen and the same prizes will be given to all winners.
The photo shoot dates will be predetermined by Lazuli Enterprises (DBA Magique). and notice will be given to the winner one week in advance of the shoots. If the winner is unable to make the photo shoot date, he/she will step down and give their winning title to the 1st runner-up.
